Primary Job Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate external business development opportunities, including out-licensing, co-development, and strategic partnerships
Analyze scientific data and contribute to the development of business cases for potential transactions
Support due diligence efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams including R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, and Finance
Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for internal leadership and external partners
Participate in licensing discussions, proposals, and transaction processes
Contribute to ongoing business development strategy and pipeline assessment
Build and maintain relationships with external partners across the biotech and pharmaceutical industry
Represent the organization at industry conferences, partnering events, and scientific meetings
Qualifications
PhD in Immunology, Oncology, Pharmacology, Cancer Biology, or a related biomedical field
Strong background in antibody drug discovery, including familiarity with monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), bispecific antibodies, and/or antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)
Ability to interpret complex scientific data and translate findings into a business or strategic context
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate scientific concepts
Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
