The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and focuses on identifying business opportunities, promoting staffing services, and delivering tailored workforce solutions to meet client needs.
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within assigned markets or industries
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and workforce challenges
Present and sell staffing solutions, including temporary, permanent, and contract placements
Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery of candidates and client satisfaction
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients
2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, in the staffing industry
