Position: Turf Products Applicator
We are seeking a dedicated Turf Products Applicator to join our team. This role involves applying turf treatments and fertilizers to maintain healthy, vibrant lawns and landscapes.
Responsibilities:
Apply turf products such as fertilizers and pesticides using appropriate equipment and techniques
Input accurate records of applications and treatments performed into the database
Ensure all safety protocols are followed during application procedures
Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety standards
Full-Time (40hrs weekly / Monday - Friday) Seasonal overtime to be expected
Job Includes:
401K, Health-Dental-Vision Insurance (HSA) & Pension / Retirement
Yearly Profit-Sharing Bonus
Monthly Cellular Stipend
Commission Bonus Paid Annually
Paid Vacation/Discretionary Time Off
In-House Training Provided
Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Willingness to learn new skills related to turf management
Must pass a pre-employment D.O.T physical and drug and alcohol screening, now and throughout employment at random
CDL License (FS will assist in obtaining this requirement)
Completion of Illinois State Applicators Exam (FS provides on-site training and classes)
Ability to work as a team with others
Able to lift at least 50lb bags regularly
