Primary Care Physician (Outpatient)
Location: Lewes / Rehoboth Beach, Delaware

Schedule:

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:40 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Telehealth)

  • No weekends or on-call responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join a modern, technology-driven outpatient practice. This role emphasizes preventive care, chronic disease management, and coordinated patient care within a collaborative, multi-specialty environment.

Physicians will have the autonomy to manage their patient panel while benefiting from seamless access to specialists, ensuring continuity and high-quality care. This position offers an excellent work-life balance along with long-term growth opportunities, including partnership potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

  • Focus on preventive care and patient education

  • Collaborate with specialists and care teams to develop coordinated treatment plans

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records (EMR)

  • Manage a patient panel with an average of 16 patients per day

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting

  • Participate in telehealth services (half-day Fridays)

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in:

    • Family Medicine, or

    • Internal Medicine, or equivalent specialty

  • Active or eligibility for Delaware medical license

  • Active DEA registration

  • Open to new graduates
