Responsibilities:
Solid organizational and people skills to make sure our members have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.
Must be professional, outgoing and positive.
Answer phones, schedule reservations and provide appropriate service
Able to work in a busy restaurant environment.
Help dining room staff by setting and clearing tables.
Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
Knowledge of the menu.
Take to-go orders
Reviews all reservations and communicates all special requests to managers, servers and kitchen to ensure prompt and courteous service
Check menus to ensure they are current, clean, plentiful
Perform side work or other reasonable duties assigned by management.
Maintains a clean and organized work area
