Role Description
This full-time, on-site position is based in Detroit, MI. As the Restaurant General Manager at Union Burgers LLC, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain restaurant profitability. Your responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring financial performance, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, and driving customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Experience in P&L Management and Budgeting to effectively manage restaurant profitability and financial goals
Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and deliver exceptional Customer Service
Skills in Hiring, training, and leading a high-performing team
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Prior management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
Availability for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
