Pilgrim's is seeking a Superintendent for the Fresh Foods facility in Broadway, VA. In this role, you will lead a team of 25-35 employees, ensuring safety, quality, and operational goals are met. Responsibilities include supervising daily production activities, compliance with standards, and continuous improvement of processes. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the food industry. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities.
