- Work Dates Needed: Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call, 8A-5P Monday - Thursday (with 1 hr lunch break between 12-1) Clinic is 8a-12p Fridays, On-Call is needed for approximately 10 days a month
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient, Hospital, Outpatient, Trauma Level 3
- Scope of Work: Newborn care, rotating call schedule with local provider, Intubation (ETT/NT), Ventilation Management (Newborn)
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active AZ state License, Board Certified, PALS, NRP, IMLC
- EMR: Athena (Clinic), Medhost (Hospital)
