Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist (Level 3 or 4) to join the Aircraft on Ground Incident Repair (AOG) team in Everett, Washington or Renton, Washington.
Position Responsibilities
Assess and analyze demand for AOG IR.
Review and decipher engineering data for alternate problem resolution.
Act as a liaison with multiple stakeholders to accomplish a common objective.
Delegate tasks to manage workload.
Engage in cross‑functional communications to deliver concise and timely results.
Support suppliers by identifying constraints and assisting with mitigation plans.
Manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
Assist in collecting and processing supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities and capacity.
Adapt in a fast‑changing and high‑stress work environment.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
5+ years of experience in Material Management or Supply Chain Experience.
5+ years of experience in identifying and communicating business requirements with cross‑functional and/or cross‑business teams.
5+ years of experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
5+ years of experience applying effective verbal and written communication skills including spelling, grammar, punctuation, form and style, proofreading and editing skills.
Must be available to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
Level 4: 10+ years of experience in Material Management or Supply Chain Experience.
High attention to detail, self‑starter, and results driven.
Experience in aerospace support, supply chain management, and logistics planning.
Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and/or Salesforce.
Basic proficiency in aerospace industry knowledge.
Creative problem‑solving skills.
Basic technical and engineering background.
Previous experience working urgent requirements with BGS Organization.
Experience implementing process improvements and an applied understanding of LEAN practices (e.g., Six Sigma).
