
Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with
existing and prospective clients
Act as a trusted partner, understanding client needs and aligning solutions accordingly
Track and enhance
client satisfaction
through feedback, reporting, and engagement
Business Development & Growth
Identify and pursue
new business opportunities
across target markets
Develop and execute
strategic outreach plans , leveraging research and market insights
Maintain and expand a strong network of
owners, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor market activity to proactively
generate and qualify new leads
Manage
CRM systems, pursuit tracking tools, and supplier portals
Support proposal development,
quoting, and pipeline management
Collaborate closely with
preconstruction, operations, and leadership teams
to align on client expectations and project opportunities
Utilize
data-driven and AI-supported research
to identify trends and opportunities
Represent the company at
industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
Stay ahead of
market trends and competitive developments
Qualifications & Requirements
10+ years of experience
in construction, with exposure to:
Preconstruction
Project management
Strong understanding of
construction lifecycle and self-perform services
(earthwork, concrete, steel, interiors)
Bachelor’s degree in business , Marketing, Construction Management, or related field
(preferred)
Experience in
industrial, automotive, energy, or mission-critical sectors
preferred
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with
CRM tools, Viewpoint, and AI platforms
is a plus
