Responsibilities
Manage relationships with key stakeholders across functions such as, HR, Communications, ESG, etc.
Develop and implement innovative category strategies to maximize the value of supplier relationships
Advance the procurement organization by driving process improvements and enhancing efficiency
Lead negotiations to optimize pricing and contracts across multiple indirect spend categories
Support supplier diversity initiatives and monitor performance across spend categories
Create workpapers and documentation relied upon by internal teams and external parties
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while ensuring compliance with procurement policies
Qualifications
5+ years of applicable procurement experience; experience managing supplier diversity programs and multiple indirect spend categories is a plus
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and provide timely status updates
Proficiency with Excel and ability to analyze and present data effectively
Strong business acumen with the curiosity to learn new categories and drive impact
Team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
