This opportunity is ideal for experienced HVAC‑R Technicians, Stationary or Plant Engineers, Central Utility Plant or Boiler Operators, Electricians, Controls Technicians, and Fire Alarm and/or Fire Sprinkler Technicians who enjoy hands‑on troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and ownership of their work. Responsibilities

Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and ownership of hospital infrastructure to ensure reliable operation.
Support critical systems including commercial ventilation, emergency power, electrical distribution, chillers, hydronic systems, and control/low voltage systems.
Collaborate with the Facilities team to maintain a safe, efficient campus environment.
Required Qualifications

Upon hire: National EPA Section 608 Certification – State/County/City Trade License Authority
3 years of experience and working knowledge of commercial ventilation systems, emergency power generation, electrical distribution, chillers, hydronic systems and control/low voltage systems
Preferred Qualifications

1 year of experience with Siemens Building System‑Apogee
1 year of experience with HVAC air and hydronic balancing
1 year of experience with testing and troubleshooting simplex fire alarm systems
1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting
1 year of experience with operating, testing and troubleshooting of emergency generators and transfer switches

Pay and Benefits

Posted wage range: $46.47 – $58.34 per hour. The base pay range is shown; additional compensation may be available (e.g., shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses).
