Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Verification Specialist at our Miami, FL location. The Insurance Verification Specialist will be responsible for verifying patient insurance coverage, obtaining prior authorizations, and communicating with insurance companies. Additional responsibilities include scheduling outpatient testing for patients, and obtaining authorization when necessary.
Qualifications

Strong competency in Insurance Verification and obtaining Prior Authorizations
Knowledge of Medical Terminology and understanding of health insurance policies
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients and insurance providers
Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
