The Analyst IV, Business performs business requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation to support enhancements and solutions that address defined business needs.

Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC and Quincy, MA.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Duties & Responsibilities

Document business requirements and functional specifications.

Support process mapping, workflow creation, and gap analysis.

Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and expected outcomes.

Participate in solution reviews, testing support, and requirement validation.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve solution usability.

Analyze portfolio, resource and financial data and generate actionable insights

Develop executive dashboards and reports on a periodic basis

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.

5+ years of business analysis experience.

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Understanding and experience working on Technology Portfolio and Financial Management processes

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting technology-enabled process improvements.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $92,640-$138,960

IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $106,480-$159,720

Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
