Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Director of Administration to help manage and improve the efficiency of the Company’s operations. This role supports the Director of Administration, assists with supervising the administrative staff, guides operating methods, updates senior executives, analyzes financial data, and recommends operating procedures and policies. This position reports to the Director of Administration and provides administrative support to the Vice President of Food & Beverage. This role requires a detail-oriented, results-driven, ethical individual with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations

Train administrative staff

Maintain confidentiality of all Company affairs and staff

Maintain corporate relationships

Monitor financials and operating expenses

Provide updates to executives on business performance

Coordinate and prepare presentations for monthly meetings

Liaise with other departments

Prepare F&B analytical reports for the Vice President of Food & Beverage

Coordinate Capital Projects for F&B with vendors and VP of Engineering

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent or the equivalent years of experience

Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a similar role with proven success interacting, partnering, and networking with all levels of management, including executives (directors and Vice Presidents) in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively and maintain working relationships with executives and operations leadership

Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, manage competing demands, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Exemplary planning and organizational skills; high level of confidentiality and integrity; strong cognitive and judgment decision-making capabilities; dependable, people-oriented, and adaptable/flexible

Knowledge in Food & Beverage operations is a plus
