Project Manager – Finish Carpentry | Austin Lane Construction (ALC)
Austin Lane Construction is seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to join our growing team. We specialize in
high-end custom homes and architectural finish carpentry , delivering detailed millwork and precision craftsmanship across the Treasure Valley.
We are looking for someone who is organized, communicates clearly, and can lead crews to execute high-quality work on schedule.
Responsibilities
Communicate directly with clients, builders, and superintendents
Plan, organize, and maintain project schedules
Coordinate and track material needs; order materials as required
Work closely with foremen to ensure projects stay on schedule
Hold teams accountable to
daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress and quality
Identify and solve problems quickly to keep projects moving forward
Ensure job sites are organized, efficient, and aligned with ALC standards
Qualifications
Proven experience in
finish carpentry required
Strong understanding of trim, millwork, and high-end residential construction
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong problem-solving ability
Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
