PACE Central Michigan is seeking an Information Systems Specialist to support our growing team and new Houghton Lake center. Ideal for a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys helping others and keeping systems running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Provide day-to-day IT support (hardware, software, network)
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Support EHR and healthcare applications
Maintain system security and user access
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of IT support experience (healthcare preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license for occasional travel
