Practice Overview
Destrehan Animal Hospital was established in 1989 by Dr. Jack A Moreau. The practice was opened in the small town of Destrehan, Louisiana. It provides care for small animals such as dogs and cats, with occasional service for rabbits and guinea pigs. After 32 years of animal care, the staff has grown considerably.

Services offered include boarding, bathing, dental cleaning, multiple surgical procedures, annual and sick pet appointments, travel certificates, microchipping, nail trims, in‑house urine and bloodwork, X‑rays, and more. When a service is beyond our reach, we refer clients to the appropriate specialist.
