We’re seeking
Nurse Practitioners (NO PA’s)
for a flexible PRN 1099 role completing
in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs)
for Medicare Advantage members. This is an autonomous, field-based opportunity for clinicians who want strong supplemental income without prescribing, call, or follow-up care responsibilities.
Additional Pay Includes:
$25 full HRA no-shows, $65 diagnostic-only visits, $10 diagnostic-only no-shows and a
$250 flat-rate paid training .
What you’ll do:
Complete in-home HRAs;
Review medical history, medications, lifestyle, and social factors;
Perform basic physical and mental health evaluations;
Provide preventive care education;
Document visits using a company-provided iPad / EMR platform.

No PAs.

Medicare/Medicaid enrollment is strongly preferred and, if not already in place, must be completed during credentialing.
Credentialing/onboarding turnaround is approximately 5–7 days.
Incentive bonus opportunity for clinicians who move quickly and complete credentialing and onboarding items within 24 hours of receipt.
Rates for hours per month:
$100 for 50 hours, $105 for 60 hours, $110 for 70 hours, $115 for 80 hours, $120 for 90 hours, $125 for 100 hours.
