We are also looking for an Electrical Preconstruction Manager to partner closely with our estimating, design, and project teams.
This role will lead electrical preconstruction efforts from proposal through project handoff, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and early procurement planning. A strong understanding of DoD design-build projects, compliance requirements, and installation standards is essential.
Salary is $135,000 to $165,000/year. Relocation is available for those that qualify.
Ideal candidates will bring: proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills; experience managing electrical budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk; 10+ years in electrical construction, with 5+ years in PM and/or preconstruction; familiarity with tools such as McCormick, Bluebeam, P6, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and MS Office.
