Nurse Manager
An outstanding rural community hospital outside Fort Morgan, Colorado, is seeking a Nurse Manager for a Long-term Care setting.
Offering: $73,800 - $93,600 annually + Sign-On and Relocation Assistance + up to 6 months of free housing
Full-Time, Permanent, Direct hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift
Report to the Assisted Living Administrator and Director of Nursing
Offers a comprehensive and robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision, as well as FSA/HSA and education assistance
Ensure the highest standards and quality of patient care are maintained, often by enforcing evidence-based practices and nursing standards
Serving as a crucial communication link between the bedside nursing staff and upper hospital administration/leadership
Addressing and resolving escalated issues, complaints, or concerns from patients and their families
Nurse Manager Qualifications
Associate's degree or higher from an accredited nursing program
5+ years of Long-term care nursing experience
Must have or be eligible to obtain BLS upon hire
Previous experience in Supervision/Management is required
