Our client, one of New York's largest community health centers with decades of experience in healthcare, is seeking a Medical Director - Family Medicine in Harlem. The Medical Director will oversee the clinical operations of the assigned practice and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards. Job Function:

• Lead and supervise all medical providers at your assigned site.

• Conduct bi-annual and annual performance evaluations of medical providers.

• Monitor provider productivity, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance.

• Hold monthly provider meetings and participate in leadership meetings.

• Oversee training programs, student rotations, and research initiatives as needed.

• Collaborate with nursing, social work, and administrative staff on hiring, evaluations, and quality reviews.

• Maintain open communication with regional leadership and attend medical leadership and meetings.
