We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Seasonal Airbnb Janitor to support our property management team. This position plays a key role in maintaining clean, guest-ready Airbnb units across our portfolio.
Position Details:
Schedule:
Weekly schedule varies based on Airbnb bookings
Hours:
Typically between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM
Availability:
Must be available 7 days a week; overtime as needed
Seasonal Role:
Temporary position for our peak season
Responsibilities:
Clean and reset Airbnb units between guest stays
Restock supplies and report maintenance issues
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Reliable, punctual, and able to meet schedule demands
A valid Driver's License is required to complete the essential functions of the position (traveling to different properties, obtaining/transporting supplies, etc.)
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; reach with hands and arms and stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions including seasonally hot or cold temperatures and inclement weather. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
