Position Overview:
Seeking a full-timeBoard Eligible / Board Certified Medical Oncology & Hematology physicianto join a busy, established practice in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incoming physician will integrate into a robust program with strong community connections and opportunities for outreach across multiple regional locations.
Candidate Profile:
MD/DO, fellowship-trained in Hematology-Oncology
Board Eligible / Board Certified in Medical Oncology & Hematology
Active or eligible Indiana medical license
BLS (American Heart Association) required or obtainable
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a commitment to collaborative care
Desire to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and community partners
Schedule & Practice Details:
Clinic schedule: Monday"Friday, 8:00 a.m."4:30 p.m.
Inpatient hospitalist rotation: 1:8
Weekend and holiday call: 1:8
Outpatient volume: Gradual ramp-up to 21 patients per day within two years
Inpatient rounding: 25"35 patients per list
Own weekday call coverage
Optional outreach to regional sites including Carmel, Columbus, Mooresville, Plainfield, Putnam County, Lafayette, Crawfordsville, Decatur County Hospital, Major Hospital, and Rush Hospital
Strong specialty support staff in a high-volume, established practice
