We are seeking a Bi-lingual, Board Certified Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care with a focus on preventive medicine and chronic disease management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine primary care, preventive services, and chronic disease management
• Serve as the main point of contact for patients and coordinate care with specialists as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $300,000"$325,000 (DOE)

Qualifications:

• Active Florida medical license
• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Bilingual: English and Spanish required
• Strong communication skills and commitment to quality patient care
