Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a permanent Hospitalist position in Bakersfield, CA.

Schedule & Coverage

• 12-hour daytime Hospitalist shifts
• Week On / Week Off rotation
• Long-term stability with minimum 2-year commitment required

Compensation & Benefits

• 1099 compensation structure
• Compensation: $160/hr or $1,920 per shift
• Additional Earnings: Optional night shifts available at $170/hr

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Active California Medical License REQUIRED
• Active DEA License REQUIRED
• Hospitalist or inpatient experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
