Qualifications: Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, medical office assistant certificate or prior unit clerk experience preferred, de-escalation training (obtained CPI within six months of employment) in required specialty, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, good computer skills, excellent interpersonal skills, BLS preferred, ability to work in high-stress environment, and ability to multi-task.
