- Reason for Coverage: Resignation of existing neonatologist
- Dates / Shifts: 8 total shifts in June:
- June: 6/2, 6/4, 6/7, 6/17, 6/23, 6/25, 6/26, 6/27
- Schedule: 7 PM - 7 AM, in-house call
- Ongoing shifts needed
- Temps approved
- Board Certified in Neonatology: Required
- Fellowship: Neonatology fellowship required
- State License: Active Michigan license required (no license pending)
- Certifications: BLS, NRP, ACLS
- Experience: Currently working or worked in past 6 months in Level III or IV NICU
- Local provider required
- NICU Level: III
- Beds: 15
- Trauma Level: III
- Number of Neonatologists in Group: 3 full-time, 2 part-time, 4 contingent
- EMR / Documentation: Cerner / Ecare / PowerChart
- Admissions: 0-4 per day
- Patients per Day: 12
- Required Procedures / Duties:
- Attend C-sections
- Transfer neonates as needed
- Not Required: Cover Level I (Well-Baby) nursery
- Board Status: BC or truly BE
- License: MI required
- Board: BC/BE Neonatology
- Fellowship: Required
- Certs: BLS, NRP, ACLS
- Schedule: 7 PM - 7 AM, in-house
- NICU: Level III, 15 beds
- Patients: 0-4 admissions/day, 12 total patients/day
