• Productivity Expectation: Minimum 75 RVUs per shift (productivity-based radiology work)

Required Qualifications - Diagnostic Radiologist

• Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology (Radiologist)
• Active, unrestricted medical license to practice in Texas (TX)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a radiologist (experience with MSK, neuro, body, and nuclear preferred)
• Comfortable with productivity-based schedules (RVU-driven expectations)
• Familiarity with PowerScribe 4.0 and modern radiology/PACS workflows strongly preferred

Core Responsibilities

• Interpret a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies (CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound, nuclear medicine) across general, MSK, neuro, and body imaging
• Deliver timely, accurate reports using PowerScribe 4.0 and hospital PACS systems
• Meet or exceed productivity targets (minimum 75 RVUs per shift)
• Collaborate with referring physicians, technologists, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, quality metrics, and regulatory requirements
