What You'll Do
As a Shipping Clerk, you'll play a key role keeping product moving in and out of the Byesville plant safely, accurately, and on schedule. This is a dual-role position, supporting both the Shipping/Receiving Office and Warehouse floor, and working closely with internal teams, drivers, vendors, and customer service to meet business needs.
Move product from racks to trucks and place incoming product into storage
Load and unload trucks and stage materials for outbound and inbound shipments
Operate a tow motor / lift truck to move and position product
Support both shipping and receiving through cross-training
Scan product, verify paperwork, and help ensure accurate shipments
Receive materials into warehouse systems, including SAP
Communicate effectively with drivers, customer service, and traffic teams to coordinate pickups
Keep the warehouse, office, and work areas clean, safe, and organized
Pitch in on additional tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years or older
Dependable attendance and availability to work 200 PM 1100 PM (OT as needed)
Willingness to cross-train across shipping and receiving tasks
Ability to operate a tow motor / pallet jack, 6 months experience and prior safety certification
Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Attention to detail when scanning product and handling paperwork
Basic computer skills; experience with SAP, scan guns, or MS Excel preferred
Able to work well with a team and communicate with drivers and vendors
Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn required certifications

The pay rate for this position is $21.00 per hour. Shift hours 200 PM 1100 PM, Monday - Friday, with overtime available on Saturday.
