Impeccably clean and maintain guest rooms and public spaces to luxury standards
Restock linens, amenities, and supplies with care and precision
Use eco-friendly cleaning products and follow all safety and sanitation protocols
Respond to guest requests promptly and thoughtfully
Collaborate with your team to ensure an exceptional, seamless guest experience
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns proactively
Uphold guest confidentiality and hotel security standards
