Location:
Walworth, WI
Schedule:
2nd Shift -- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (initial training on 1st shift)
Key Requirements (Must-Have)
Strong experience in both
electrical and mechanical industrial maintenance
Must provide and maintain
your own tools
Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
About the Role
A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a hands-on
Maintenance Technician
to support operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment. This role plays a critical part in minimizing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and supporting overall plant performance.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial equipment using electrical and mechanical skillsets
Perform corrective maintenance during production to minimize downtime
Diagnose issues with hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems
Communicate equipment malfunctions and support timely resolution
Follow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout protocols
Work collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams to ensure efficiency
Support continuous improvement efforts within the facility
Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school preferred
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment
Working knowledge xywuqvp of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Experience with PLCs, VFDs, or automated systems is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork abilities
Reliable attendance and ability to work flexible hours as needed
Work Environment
Manufacturing facility with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures
Hands-on role requiring physical activity, including standing, lifting, and working around equipment
