- Board Certified - BC / NCCPA / NP Boards - REQUIRED
- Active North Carolina License - REQUIRED
- BLS - REQUIRED
- PA Certification, Family NP Certification - REQUIRED
- Fellowship - Required
- DOT, PALS/ACLS - Preferred
- Minimum 12 months experience treating adults and pediatrics (6 months+)
- Must handle high-volume patient care while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
- New grads not considered
- Patients per shift: 40 (up to 60 PPD depending on site)
- Call Requirements: None
- Dates: To be discussed
- Must complete EMR training and onboarding prior to first solo shift (set Wednesdays)
- Setting: Urgent Care Center
- Specialty: Urgent Care (MD/PA/NP)
- EMR/Charting: Epic with modified training schedule; all visits charted in EMR
- Support Staff: Center Manager, MA, PSA, Supervising Physician offsite for APP only
- Adults and Pediatric Patients, 6 months and up
- Procedures include: I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation, and other minor procedures
- Multiple locations within a 60-mile radius may require coverage
- No direct supervision required on site
