Client Service Associate

We're seeking a Client Service Associate to support our Property & Casualty team in delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality service to clients. This role works closely with Account Managers and plays a key part in day-to-day account servicing, documentation, and operational support.

Responsibilities
Client Service Support
Assist Account Managers with client files, certificates, ID cards, and service materials
Respond to internal and client requests in a timely and professional manner
Support daily servicing needs to maintain strong client relationships
Operational Support
Maintain accurate documentation within internal systems
Process Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs) and pre-employment screening requests
Assist with claims tracking and related reporting
Team & Office Support
Provide backup support for phones and front desk when needed
Participate in training and team development sessions
Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
Preferred
Experience in customer service, administrative, or insurance-related roles
Familiarity with systems such as AMS360
Compensation: Salary range: $43,000 $55,000 per year, based on experience.

Work Model: This role is Hybrid (Eastern Time Zone preferred) Open to remote candidates for the right fit, with the ability to support in-office needs during peak periods (e.g., large certificate processing cycles).
