We are seeking a Business Development professional to drive new commercial buildout opportunities for a well-established general contractor in South Florida. This role focuses on developing client relationships, expanding market presence, and securing repeat business across office, retail, and interior buildout projects.

They are known for their collaborative approach, long-standing client relationships, and consistent pipeline of work throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
Description
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial buildout market
Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, brokers, architects, and ownership groups
Lead client meetings, presentations, and project pursuit strategies
Collaborate with preconstruction and operations teams during pursuit and proposal phases
Track leads, market activity, and client interactions using CRM tools
Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and local associations
Profile
Proven experience in a Business Development role with a general contractor in South Florida
Strong background specifically within commercial interior buildouts (office, retail, medical, etc.)
Established network within the local commercial real estate and construction market
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Self‑motivated, driven, and comfortable working in a performance‑based environment
