Local Team Collaboration:
- We are seeking day hospitalists to join our close-knit team of 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers (APPs).

Qualifications:
- Board certification or eligibility in family or internal medicine.

Scheduling:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage various cases in a 42-bed non-profit, faith-based hospital serving multiple surrounding counties, so you're not just another provider-you're a key part of the region's healthcare access.
- Opportunity to focus on complex cases in a semi-open ICU, giving you more autonomy and hands-on experience.
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff and engage in key medical staff committees, including the credentialing and medical executive committees, to improve communication and patient care.
- Work within a structured program divided into 2 daytime groups, with support from a dedicated nocturnist APP for night coverage.
