She Recruits is partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization in Northern California to recruit a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants strong earning potential, meaningful work, and the lifestyle that comes with practicing medicine on the coast.
This is an outpatient, panel-based primary care role designed for providers who are comfortable managing complex medical needs within a fully integrated, team-based model.
The Opportunity
You ll practice in a collaborative setting supported by:
2 dedicated Medical Assistants per provider
0.7 RN support
Integrated Behavioral Health
Chiropractic services
Telehealth specialty consult resources
This is comprehensive, community-centered medicine structured to support quality outcomes and sustainable provider workflow.

$12,400 annual access bonus (paid biweekly) for meeting 9-patient/day target
Up to $44,000 additional annual production bonus potential
$25,000 sign-on bonus + retention bonuses (if partnership eligible)
$5,000 annual professional expense credit (licensing, DEA, CE, equipment)
Up to $10,000 relocation reimbursement
Additional $10,000 relocation support for qualifying family members
Structured 6-month mentorship and onboarding program
NHSC & federal loan repayment options ranging from $75,000 $300,000
This is one of the more competitive APP compensation structures in the region.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $148,627 $168,553 annually
Additional earning potential includes:
$12,400 guaranteed annual access bonus
Up to $44,000 in production bonuses
$25,000 sign-on + retention incentives
Relocation reimbursement up to $20,000 total (if qualifying)
Comprehensive benefits include:
29 days PTO (includes CME, holidays, sick time)
Medical, Dental, Vision (effective first of month after start)
$5,000 annual professional credit
Laptop and cell phone provided
Loan repayment eligibility (NHSC + federal programs)

Active or eligible California NP or PA license
3+ years outpatient experience preferred
Interest in rural health or underserved communities
Mission-focused and comfortable in team-based care
