Meyer Jabara Hotels - 2231 North Ocean Boulevard - Responsibilities: Resolve guest complaints to the satisfaction of the guest; respond promptly to any guest request for service.; Check and perform major repairs to refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing, water treatment, and electrical systems.; Execute the hotel's preventive maintenance program.; Communicate with hotel departments to become aware of maintenance needs and ensure timely response to requests.; Maintain standards of product quality for all areas of the hotel and report deficiencies to the Chief Engineer.
