Summary / Objective
We’re seeking a highly motivated, growth-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our market development efforts in the Nashville area. This individual will serve as one of Crawlspace Medic’s primary brand ambassadors—building strong referral relationships, inspecting homes, preparing repair proposals, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a relational, entrepreneurial spirit with the discipline to manage both networking and sales execution.

A Day in the Life
Each day brings a blend of community engagement and hands-on sales activity. You might begin your morning networking with realtors or trade partners, then perform inspections to diagnose crawl space and foundation issues, followed by developing and presenting repair solutions. You’ll work closely with the Market Director to align on pricing, production coordination, and market strategy, ensuring consistent communication and quality execution.
Reporting Structure
This role reports directly to the Market Director and collaborates as needed with the Owners and Production Crews. You will play a key part in maintaining strong communication between field operations, referral partners, and leadership to ensure consistent business growth.
Essential Functions
Pursue business development opportunities daily to generate new contacts, leads, and inspections
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing referral partners
Perform inspections multiple days per week, accurately diagnosing issues related to moisture control and structural damage in crawl spaces and basements
Prepare and deliver comprehensive, accurate repair quotes
Manage the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for partners and clients from initial contact through to sale
Collaborate closely with the Market Director to ensure pricing aligns with profitability goals
Coordinate with production crews weekly to provide insights and updates on upcoming projects
Review market conditions and evolving contacts with the Market Director and Owners on a consistent basis
Represent Crawlspace Medic with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence

Effective time management to balance lead generation, networking, and inspection responsibilities
Strong collaboration skills with the Market Director, production crews, and Owners
Proficiency in promoting and selling Crawlspace Medic's unique repair solutions
Strong technical aptitude and comfort using CRM systems, email, and web-based applications
Excellent communication and presentation skills with relational warmth

Starting Compensation Range: $55,000 - $85,000+ / year total (depends on experience, qualifications and performance).
