Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
On-Call Shift Schedule: Call required (must be within 15 minutes of facility)

Call Response Time: Within 15 minutes
COVERAGE DATES
Ongoing coverage; ability to provide 2 consecutive weeks per month preferred
PATIENT INFORMATION
Patient Demographics: Adults and healthy pediatric cases (optional)
Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 45 cases per day; 700800 deliveries annually
Case Mix: Bread and butter anesthesia including orthopedics, general surgery, OB/GYN, ENT, GI, urology, vascular, colorectal; no cardiac or neuro cases
FACILITY INFORMATION
Trauma Level: Level III
EMR System: Epic
Office Equipment Available: 9 OR suites and L&D unit
Specialty Backup Available: Multidisciplinary surgical teams
Support Staff Available: CRNAs, anesthesia techs, PAs, nursing staff
