Senior Hardware Design Engineer

ZimZee Recruiting is seeking a senior-career Electrical Engineer for our client in Lehi, Utah. This role offers an excellent platform to showcase your proficiency in Altium Designer, including your expertise in creating, testing, and refining PCBs and Microcontrollers. Wireless experience is valued but not required.

Base pay range
$145,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience

8+ years of experience with microcontroller programming and interfacing

8+ years of experience in Altium Designer

8+ years of experience in HDI design for mixed-signal environments

8+ years of experience in System Architecture for low-power, mixed-signal embedded systems

10+ years of experience in Prototype design and testing

10+ years of experience in Schematic Capture

10+ years of experience in PCB Design and Layout

Experience with high volume high reliability consumer products preferred

Experience with wireless radio integration and antenna design preferred

Embedded programming experience not required but preferred

Responsibilities

Own full design process from Concept through NPI into Mass Production

Implement Best Practices for system architecture, schematics, and layout

Deliver full system test plans, execution, and reports
