Required Skills:

• Effective communication skills for clear patient and team interactions

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols
• Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs and treatment plans

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited program
• Prior clinical experience in outpatient or hospital settings preferred

Other Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
• Willingness to obtain any additional required certifications
• Availability for day shift hours (Mon-Fri, 4x10-hour days; shifts may vary)
• On-call, weekend, and holiday coverage as needed
• Commitment to a minimum of two major holidays and two minor holidays annually

Compensation and Schedule:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $46.90
• Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit
• Workday start date: 03/02/2026
