• 5x8 or 4x10 schedule with call required 1 Sunday per 5 weeks
• Weekends every 5th week with 2 weekdays off compensation
• Patients with general weakness, back pain, and orthopedic conditions
• Home health setting
• PT handles admits, evaluations, reassessments, and discharges
• PTAs available for routine visits
• Minimum 1 year home health experience required
• 13-week assignment duration

From $1820.00 to $3000.00 weekly
Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
