Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent and two years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Four (4) years of administrative experience.
Associate's degree.
Job Summary
To provide supervisory and advanced clerical skills in the performance of tasks that support business operations.
Job Duties
Receives and processes received medical information from Program participants
Inputs received medical information into the internal medical database
Determines work priorities, assigns, and schedules workload for the unit or office.
Develops and refines office policies and procedures.
Executes a variety of complex clerical duties.
Organizes own work assignments to contribute to smooth workflow.
Trains supportive personnel in new procedures and new employees on duties to be performed.
Adheres to internal controls established for the department.
Performs related duties as required.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
On-site, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion.
