About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Benefits Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing U.S. employee benefits programs, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong organizational skills. This role requires the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer U.S. employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
Maintain accurate employee records and handle confidential information with discretion.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries.
Utilize MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ticketing systems to manage workflows and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth benefits administration.
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes related to employee benefits.
Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (required).
Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. benefits administration.
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ticketing systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
