- Work Dates Needed: Full Time Ongoing- Sporadic Coverage Dates Needed from May 2026 - Dec 2026
- Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-4:30p), Call every 3rd weekend Sat 12a - Mon 12a, Sat or Sun (8a-4:30p) rounding in person with the rest of the time call
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient

- Adults only
- Rounding, discharges, admits
- Avg patient vol: 12-15
- Support Staff: RNs, PCC, BHAs, Patient Service reps, Occupational Therapist, Recreational Therapist, Clinical Therapist
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IN license and DEA, BC/BE
- EMR: Epic
