Job Summary
Provides support to designated Executive Team members and assists with coverage in the administrative suite. Responsible for managing executive calendars; updating policies; coordinating travel arrangements; and preparing meeting minutes.
Job Details and Requirements
Type: Full-time, 80 hours per 2 week pay period
Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30a-5:00p
Education
High School diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Certification & Licensures
N/A
Experience
Three (3) to five (5) years of executive assistant experience required to perform the essential responsibilities of the job. Experience in hospital or health care setting preferred.
