You Will Be
Under the leadership and reporting to the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager, the Merchandise Operations Associate supports the daily operations of merchandise including processing, placement, maintenance and fulfillment.
What You Will Do
Process inbound merchandise and presentation on the selling floor
Follow direction in maintaining standards in placement and presentation
Participate in other store projects, including fill in of merchandise on the selling floor, floor recovery and supply replenishment
Locate requested merchandise within the store and complete orders placed by the customer
Provide excellent customer service and act quickly to address customers’ needs
Ad‑hoc responsibilities as needed
What You Will Bring
Ability to lift cartons, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise; lift up to 50 pounds
Retain merchandising standards on the floor in compliance with visual standards
Must have computer skills and ability to use available technology (RF guns, PC, iOS device, Excel/Word, and several proprietary platforms)
Ability to work a flexible schedule following business needs and follow through on assigned tasks
Ability to drive a company vehicle as needed in accordance with state driver’s license standards
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range $19.61 – $24.51, may vary by market, experience and qualifications. Compensation for this role varies by geographic location.
