Adding OB/GYN physicians to a busy, community-based team

• Full-time, employed position
• Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Typical schedule: 3-4 clinic days, 1 day in surgery and 1 day taking call with day off post call
• Call is 1:4 1 day a week and 1 weekend / month
• Daily patient census: patients per clinic day
• Resources/Equipment Available: Ultrasound in office, 15 L&D rooms, 3 OR rooms, collaboration with MFM and Neonatologists on site, Level 3 NICU, and 32 ADC Post-Partum rooms.
