Program Coordinator - Lead
Arlington, VA. Pay From: $24.00 per hour.
MUST:
Experienced Program Coordinator - Lead
3 plus years of experience working directly with individuals who have an intellectual disability or other developmental disabilities
Must hold a bachelor's degree in sociology, social work, special education, rehabilitation counseling, and/or psychology
Must have experience writing individual service plans (ISPs)
Must have experience overseeing recordkeeping, data sheets, medication logs, and/or schedules
Must be technology savvy
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
DUTIES:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and contracts
Develop and oversee Individual Service Plans (ISPs), including reviews and documentation
Coordinate communication with guardians and maintain required records
Support development and implementation of behavior plans
Work with external professionals (e.g., psychiatry, wellness, education)
Ensure staff meet training and orientation requirements
Spend time in homes to monitor services and build relationships
Participate in on-call rotation and provide emergency coverage
Work with leadership to align services with community life and mission
Supervise Service Team Leaders and support assistants' development
Coordinate with local agencies and service partners to ensure quality care and compliance
Support audits, inspections, and quality improvement efforts
Provide documentation for billing, benefits, and financial processes
Oversee healthcare needs, including appointments, records, and medication management
Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency across services
